Let me explain my routine,
So typically I go to bed at 1am pacific time, and I wake up just before or just after 8am eastern time. I don’t know why I do this, well, I do, but I won’t share. So I typically only get 4 or so hours of sleep every night, no matter how much I’ve had to drink.

A friend, a former co-worker of mine, Cornell, was killed yesterday. I used to smoke cigarettes with this guy, out back of the restaurant, under the trees, our feet propped up. Now he’s gone. One thing I’ll remember is no matter what kind of day it was he was always “happy to be working.”
Kind of a bummer way to start a Sunday. Today is his Birthday.
