Last night Luke and I were a part of the Zagat Presents: Feast With Your Favorite Food Trucks at the De Gustibus Cooking School inside of Macy’s and I have to say that I was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done professionally. The De Gustibus staff is UNREAL. Fun, professional, welcoming, hospitable. The experience of working in their kitchen was like a force. I can only imagine the pleasure it is to sit and dine in a class! Seriously, I’m not exaggerating. It was incredible. It was a real honor to be asked to participate along with the staff of Mexicue (MexicanBBQ!), and The Treats Truck(Just what it sounds like).
